Stress, fatigue, or just plain being mean?...?
I have recently felt so much in a bad mood, I mean, it's like I want to be in a very bad mood everyday.I have two boys, small ones, my husband works second shift so I have to stay with them in the afternoons.I hate feeling this way because I feel that because of my fatigue and tiredness, my kids pay for it, which is not fair. I know that what I need to do is just relax and take it easy, but it is hard sometimes, and I know that I am not the only one either. Any advice or opinions?
