Can sinus issues cause headaches, dizziness, and bad fatigue? Please help?
Can someone please help me?2 weeks ago i went to the hospital for bad headaches.Im 50 and never had a headache,so these were scary to me.I was getting them everyday, and dizzy.I had a cat scan and an MRI with contrast of the brain and both were good. The only thing the MRI showed was mild sinus inflammation on the left side. They gave me antibiotics and sent me home. For the past 3 days i feel out of it,dizzy, and pins and needles all over my head.I feel pressure behind my nose. The fatigue is unreal. All my bloodwork is fine.Every test is good?I am being trated for hypothyroidism and Gastritis. Both of which i hear can cause different symptoms. My thyroid level is normal though? The fatigue hits we all of a sudden.Like i wake up in the morning and all is well for about an hour. Then as if someone hits a switch,i go from filled with energy to a sudden attack of fatigu and dizziness?I have to lay down for about 15 minutes till it passes. This is everyday.Like i said, all blood tests are normal.Brain MRI and cat scan is fine. Can sinus inflammation cause these symptoms, even if its mild inflammation?Im going to E.N.T doctor tomorrow.
Frequent fatigue , dizziness ?
I'm 20 years old and whenever I go out I can barely walk a couple of blocks without getting tired , lately my vision gets blurred at times , and I have pain on the right side of my ear whenever I go outside, if I get up from bed the room feels like its spinning, also I'm starting to get hand tremors . Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?
Am i fatigued from sinutitis or my thyroid?
About 5 days ago i went to the emergency room for severe headaches, which in 50 yrs i never got a headache. They did a cat scan and an MRI and both were ok,no brain issues. The only thing it showed was inflammed sinuses. They gave me antibiotics and i went home. The headaches are gone, but i get a little dizzy and extremely fatigued at times.Im talking about fatigue where i need to stop what im doing, lay down for a power nap, then im fine for a bit. Then again,i get hit with fatigue.Same thing all day long. Will sinus trouble cause fatigue and dizziness? The only other thing it could be is my thyroid.I have hypothyroidism, which is an underactive thyroid. But i take meds and my thyroid level is ok?Can i still be fatigued from the thyroid even if im on meds for it?U had blood work and thats all good also.No anemia or diabetes.

What can these daily nosebleeds and fatigue mean ?
Okay. I'm going to make this as short as possible but I would seriously appreciate it more than anything if someone would take the time to read this and give me their input. My boyfriend is 20 years old and from what I know relatively healthy for the most part. I've been wi him for a year but have known him for 4. Ever since I've known him I know that he gets a lot of nosebleeds. Randomly and he as no idea what the cause is. Hs nose is crazy sensitiveIt will literally start to bleed it you slightly tap it too hard. Doesn't matter which nostril. And it even bleeds for no reason at allLately he's been waking up in the middle of the night with his nose gushing blood, randomly during the day, indoors, outdoors , doesn't matter. I really don't believe that this has anything to do with climate because he literally has this all year roundLoft the past two weeks it's gotten a lot worse though. Definitely way more frequent. Also he's been having this bad headache for three days straight and he is constantly fatigued. He's just tired all day long and falls asleep so quickly and is too weak to do anything. I mean yeah, he's a hard worker and does construction but he's young and he shouldn't be feeling this sick for no apparent cause. With that all being said I really think he has some type of illness or cancer but I have no idea what. It's scaring me to death and I was crying today. He rarely ever goes to the doctor since he urged 18 because he doesn't have insurance but he said hell go this week if it doesn't get betterhas anyone ever been through this? Or possibly knows what this can be? Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you so much.
How can I beat my symptoms of fatigue?
I am a 19 year old female who finished highschool college in 2010. In 2011 I spent the year doing a uni course from home open uni and working nights 5pm till 10pm. I use to be terrified I had some sort if sexual transmitte diseases that is doing this but due to my low sexual partners and reading more into it I don't think I do. I'm just sick of hating myself I want to feel fit and pretty again. Help??????I feel like doctors where I live are useless
Fever that comes and goes....fatigue.....?
For months now I've noticed a fever that comes and goes. Out of nowhere I'll just start burning up and feeling feverish...I take my temp. and it's almost 100. 10 minutes later, It's back to 98.8I'm also always really tired no matter how much I sleep. I also don't heal well anymore, even a small cut takes forever to heal and always leaves a noticeable scar. I also have shortness of breath, sometimes it feels like I've been holding my breath for along time when I haven't and I sound like I just ran a marathon after going up a small flight of stairs not overweight at all, and don't smoke What could be causing all of this?
