Extreme fatigue, dizzy, blurry vision, shaky and weak?
Hello, for the past 4 months or so, I have been having times when I'm anywhere outside my house school, bus, etc where my eyes will start to close by themselves and I can't open them, the more I try the more double vision I see. Also I start feeling this floating feeling, where it's like I can't control my body and if I were to lift my hands up I get this panicky feeling and I sort of " wake up." No, I don't do drugs and I never have, I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol. I am not dehydrated because I drink a lot of water or juice. I am 18 years old female, my weight is good and I try to eat as healthy as possible. The only thing is I don't do any exercise. Also, I always feel tired and weak. It feels like I have trouble breathing, as if I'm short of breath, where sometimes I have to take deep breathes in or yawn a lot to catch my breath. There is not one moment where I don't feel tired or sleepy or like taking a nap right then and there. The thing is that I do sleep a lot at night, I don't wake up during the night or I don't have trouble going to sleep. It won't matter if I have 5 hours of sleep or 10 hours of sleep, I still wake up feeling even more tired. I never woken up with a fresh feeling like I remember when i was younger. My eyes are always squinting and always dry, and they are always hazy or foggy. I constantly feel clumsy and like I'm bumping in to everything because of the hazy eyesight and because I can't really focus on things. My thinking feels cloudy and it is getting really annoying because of my classes. Again, this has started about 4 months or so, which is about a month after my first year of university started. If anyone has any idea what this is, please help I will be going to the doctor soon, but I want some opinions first Thank you

I keep hearing that there is a connection between chronic fatigue and ridged fingernails, any thoughts?

I experience panic attacks, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue when exercising?
I'm sixteen and lately I have been getting the symptoms of NauseaVomitingDizzinessFatigueExcessive sweatingHigh body temperatureWhen exercising in heat, however as of late these symptoms have been occurring more often and more quickly. I always thought it was just dehydration but I've been drinking a lot lately almost two liters a day and three or more when exercising Plus I drink Hydrolite everyday This is more than what I've had to drink in the past, and it's really becoming a hastle.I dance on a regular basis and recently I just can't dance for as long as I used to be able to...Please help I don't know why...

Muscle fatigue and tightening of back and chest?
I was spinning my 68 lb. son on my back last week with my hands under his bottom holding him up. Next thing I know, my back across my shoulder blades and around my chest started to tighten and my arms felt limp down the back. Five days later I went to Zumba and really pushed myself after not being there for awhile. Two days later my upper back and arms felt very fatigued. I was rubbing my traps and shoulders on my drive to work and nearly had to pull my car over for fear I was going to pass out. Now every time I sit in my car I feel very foggy or lightheaded. I have tingling sensations in my back and legs, my chest feels heavy and my digestive system is a bit out of wack. I went to the doctor fearing I was having a heart attack or stroke and she feels it is muscular skeletal. I had my first appointment with a kenesiologist to look deeper into the muscle part. I just don't like how I feel and am concerned it is something worse. Are these symptoms typical of back strain?

What can these daily nosebleeds and fatigue mean ?
Okay. I'm going to make this as short as possible but I would seriously appreciate it more than anything if someone would take the time to read this and give me their input. My boyfriend is 20 years old and from what I know relatively healthy for the most part. I've been wi him for a year but have known him for 4. Ever since I've known him I know that he gets a lot of nosebleeds. Randomly and he as no idea what the cause is. Hs nose is crazy sensitiveIt will literally start to bleed it you slightly tap it too hard. Doesn't matter which nostril. And it even bleeds for no reason at allLately he's been waking up in the middle of the night with his nose gushing blood, randomly during the day, indoors, outdoors , doesn't matter. I really don't believe that this has anything to do with climate because he literally has this all year roundLoft the past two weeks it's gotten a lot worse though. Definitely way more frequent. Also he's been having this bad headache for three days straight and he is constantly fatigued. He's just tired all day long and falls asleep so quickly and is too weak to do anything. I mean yeah, he's a hard worker and does construction but he's young and he shouldn't be feeling this sick for no apparent cause. With that all being said I really think he has some type of illness or cancer but I have no idea what. It's scaring me to death and I was crying today. He rarely ever goes to the doctor since he urged 18 because he doesn't have insurance but he said hell go this week if it doesn't get betterhas anyone ever been through this? Or possibly knows what this can be? Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you so much.

I'm thinking about self medicating for possible depression, fatigue, lack of concentration and weight gain?
i was thinking st.Johnswort and try this for a while to see if i get any betterORECA stack thingy, which is basically a combination of pills, Ephedrine, Caffine and Aspirin, all together they improve alot of things which could help lift my mood and make me fitter?? What do you guys think? If you have any experience please tell me, or if you are chemist is it safe? I'm in a position where i don't really care about sideeffects, just want to feel better, and it seems lately i only feel better after a couple of pro plus..

How can I beat my symptoms of fatigue?
I am a 19 year old female who finished highschool college in 2010. In 2011 I spent the year doing a uni course from home open uni and working nights 5pm till 10pm. I have put on about 8kg since school college and it making me really depressed and feel worthless but i have such bad fatigue now I always feel sleepy, it is almost impossible for me to get up at like 6 30am to workout like I use to back in school.I was tested for thyroid problems an was told it was slightly lower but when I was tested specifically for antibodies was told it was ok. I use to be terrified I had some sort if sexual transmitte diseases that is doing this but due to my low sexual partners and reading more into it I don't think I do. I'm just sick of hating myself I want to feel fit and pretty again. Help??????I feel like doctors where I live are useless

Is muscle fatigue common if you have never worked out before?
I have currently hired a personal trainer and while working out, my muscles if you can call them that right now just began to become exhausted very quickly, my trainer noted that if this were to keep happening in the future I should go to the doctor. Some back ground about me is that I have never really worked out that much in my life, honestly I havn't worked out since freshman year of high school, and I am now 20. What I would like like to know is, is it normal for my muscles to fatigue that quickly? Why would I go to the doctor? and Could it just be that I have never really worked out like this before? any help would be much appreciated

SEVERE chest pain, drooling, fatigue, vision discomfort?
I'm a 21 year old f who smokes, for the past 4 years I've been having certain " episodes." they only occur every 6 8 months, stress makes them happen more frequently, but the longest time it has spanned was a whole year. my symptoms are as follows pre attack minor chest painminor fatigueblurred vision, or spot like visionfever, chillsduring attack SEVERE chest pain, almost like contractions right below the breastbone.back pain, upper mid to low midexcess drooling, like, a LOT of drooling. nausea, occasionally, vomiting.not being able to get comfortable, whether sitting up, laying down, or standing up. also, smoking makes it worse, cigarettes or green. it does not help. post attack major fatigue" floaty" like visiondeep breathingfeeling of reliefshakinessvery low chest pain usually goes away after an hour or so. I haven't been to a doctor yet, I currently do not have health insurance, and cannot afford all the tests to find out what is wrong with me. the most recent attack was just yesterday. Thankfully, I had felt it coming on early in the morning, and took some extra strength excedrin an hour before the attack, seemed to help a little, but on the pain scale, it knocked it down from a " 9" to a " 8" still really intense.I am not fat, I am in the process of becoming pescetarian. I've had some weight issues in the past due to my job. I work in a kitchen, one year ago I was borderline anemic. It almost feels like a seizure, however, I do not black out, and don't have most of the symptoms... I originally thought it was a panic attack, due to the whole stress issue but was feeling none of the mental symptoms that normally occur in a panic attack. I have also searched GERD, but due to the attacks happening 6 8months apart, that option didn't seem relevant. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov pubmedhealth PMH0001311 does anyone have any other suggestions?

Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to stop feeling anxiety and fatigue? When I feel fatigue I just feel week and have heavy eyes, but I'm not yawning .It's effecting me a lot, for example I have trouble staying in class or in large stores.
