Does post infectious IBS cause fatigue?
It hasn't been completely diagnosed yet, but the doctors I am seeing think I have post infectious Irratable Bowl Syndrome after catching some wierd virus back in August. For months now I have been fighting all sorts of symtoms including very bad fatigue. Sometimes I get up in the morning and the fatigue is so bad my legs get shaky. Some days are better than others, and Im going snowboarding this next week so hopefully it doesnt bother me too much those days. But what im wondering is if ths is just another symtom of the IBS or if it is something else. Again I will add that this symptom also had never occured until after I had a virus back in August that my docotor couldnt figure out and was never diagnosed.
Can anxiety cause fatigue and low mood?
I suffer from anxiety and mild depression, but mostly anxiety. And i feel very tired a lot and always worry about everything. Sometimes when i am exceptionally tired i feel sad, like i want to cry for some reason and like everything is to much. Can anxiety and stress cause these? On a whole i cope with my problem pretty well despite the fatigue but i get like it sometimes.

I am 43 and have had 2 spinal fusions for severe scoliosis the original surgery being in 1981 when the Harrington rod instrumentation was placed. The second was this past April due to there being no cushioning between the two bottom vertebrae. My osteoarthritis is in both my hips, and lower spine area. The pain at times will slowly radiate down in to my legs. I was recently diagnosed with the osteoarthritis. It is excruciatingly painful, seems relentless at times, and has moved me at times to tears. It feels as if the pain is getting worse with time. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've been on antibiotics just two days and can't seem to kick this. It comes and goes a bit, but no matter how much sleep I get I to have trouble pulling a thought together and staying present. My friends tell me I look bleary eyed and tired. I guess it could be stress. I'd prefer answers from knowledgeable folk doctors, nurses, pharmacists, med students, patients with a similar experience, etc. as opposed to Google. Thank you in advance Oh, I should add that I've been on antibiotics before don't recall if it was this particular brand and I didn't have a bad reaction.
Is my hypothyroidism still be causing fatigue?
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 2 yrs ago and take Lyvothyroxine for it.I just had blood test to check my levels and they are normal.My Dr feels theres no reason to change the dosage,which is 75 mg.But i am extremely fatigued all the time and get headaches.Even though my levels are ok and im on meds,could i still be getting fatigued from the hypothyroidism?
