Could my fatigue, low fever, and body aches be mono?
For the past 2 weeks I have been extremely tired, I have a low grade fever, and I have moderate body aches. After about a week and a half I got a really bad sore throat which was very red but had no white spots. But, to my surprise, the pain in my throat almost completely went away two days later, but my throat was still red not as bad, though and I still had the fever, fatigue, and body aches. I've seen the doctor twice, and he still doesn't know what it is either. Could this just be a weird case of mono, or could it be something else? Any suggestions?
What could cause of extreme hunger, nausea, fatigue?
I've been VERY hungry, nauseous without vomiting , and tired for the past few months. I workout, eat decent, and weigh 113lbs. I've gained a few pounds, but not much for the amount of food I'm eating. I get very shaky and jittery if I go more than a few hours without eating. I've had horrible breast pain for the past two months straight but I HAVE gotten my periods so pregnancy is unlikely. I've been on YAZ since November but have been on the pill for 5 years . Any ideas??
Do Fat Strippers/Burners (Fat Metaboliser Tablets) cause you to fatigue more easily?
I bought some Fat Metaboliser Tablets from Holland & Barrat the other week to help me shed some weight so I can join the army... I'd just like to stress I'm only a few pounds overweight and I have a decent level of fitness, and I regularly train and go for 3 mile runs. I've taken one today and did my training, and found that I became tired a lot quicker than usual, and this was just after a jog of moderate intensity, and I felt proper exhausted. I NEVER feel this bad after training, I was wondering maybe whether this has got something to do with the tablets or am I just having an " off day" ?It didn't say anything about this on the product packaging instructions etc, so I was wondering if anyone possibly knew what it was...
How do you relieve fatigue from overworking?
[Detailed]I am a decent athlete, however I fatigue very quickly, why?
Well, I am a soccer player and have been playing for 10 years now, I'm 15 years old. It has come to my attention that I am getting tired very quickly. I sometimes train 6 days a week, but mostly I am averaging 5 days a week. What really made me write this is that I had my swimming carnival recently, and I could hardly swim 50 meters. I was up against people that were overweight and unfit and I still came last. The same thing happens with soccer, I'm always last in fitness. Like I said, I am a decent athlete, I have got a healthy looking body and I eat very well.I had a blood test recently and my iron levels are fine, so there is no deficiency there. My highest in the beep test vo2 test is 12.7. I just don't understand, every night I go to bed thinking about it because it's the only thing that let's me down in soccer. Would anyone like to say anything, or perhaps have the same problem? I would really appreciate it guys, thanks.
Can mild hypoglycemia cause extreme fatigue? Is it connected to CFS?
For the last four years ive had constant fatigue and dizziness along with muscle joint pains, headaches, being sick all the time, stomach issues, depression, feeling shaky and anxious, along with many more things. the other dayyy i was finally diagnosed with mild hypoglycemia, but can that cause extreme fatigue? im always tired and dizzy, it doesnt matter how much sleep i get or if i eat. Eating helps sometimes but fatigue never goes away. Does anyone else have this problem? Ive read hypoglycemia is related to CFS, which i have many symptoms from aswell, are they really related?More info on CFS would be nice tooo DAny information would be very appreciated Thank you D
Confused about Vitamin D fatigue?
I am official Vitamin D deficient and for the past month or so I have been feeling really sluggish and have poor overall energy. I was told that Vitamin D medication takes several months to kick in and that my fatigue will likely last as long. However, I ate a handful of peanuts and within minutes noticed a moderate improvement in my energy level. Anytime I have eaten peanuts over the past few days, I suddenly find that I have sufficient energy to concentrate and don't feel as fatigued It doesn't fully restore my energy to 100 % but more like 75 % 80 %. I have been taking Vitamin D supplements for about 3 weeks, going out in the sun whenever it comes out it's winter on the east coast but am wondering if my fatigue is due to some other deficiency in a vitamin that is found in peanuts. Is it the Vitamin D working or could I really be deficient in some other Vitamin. I can't keep eating peanuts because I will continue to gain weight. What's going on?
Continuous ear/nose pressure. Along with headaches and fatigue?
Hi, This all started with the feeling of water in my ear, it felt plugged up all the time. When i would lean my head back, my ear would become " unplugged" ....same with when i leaned my head forward. But when my head came back up normally...the pressure would fill my ear again. Now, that has since gone away some...but i can still feel it a little. Now yesterday a noticed a pressure in my nose. Its on the bridge, like between the eyes but a tiny bit lower. Feels like someone is taking there 2 fingers and squeezing my nose slightly, the pressure is getting heavier as the day goes on too. Also, ive been noticing a lot more mucous. And it's not from a cough, it just comes up at random times through out the day...my nose is not stuffy either. I'm also very tired, all the time. I could sleep for 8 hours or more and be tired again in 2 hours. AND I dunno if this has anything to do with it, but Im also getting headaches behind my left eye a lot. It seems that whenever i get a head ache, it's behind my left eye. But that's not my main concern. Do you think i have sinus issues?
I'm fatigued often and take 3-4 hour naps daily, but tested negative for anemia?
what could this be? i'm 17 years old and have a few health issues but nothing that would effect my energy level. the thing is, when i see its nice outside, i want to go out there and enjoy the sun, but my tiredness, and almost seems laziness, takes over and i decide to sleep. another thing, i'm getting behind on my online classes. very very behind. i look at what i have to do and give up immediately and decide that i'll do it after i sleep. what does this mean?also, i'm allergic to caffeine so energy drinks are not an option.another thing is that im a gymnast and a figure skater so i get exercise and i'm in shape.
Have You tried any of the online treatments for chronic fatigue.?
You know when you type it into google, and huge lists of treatments come up, that 'claim' they work. Has anyone tried any.

Physically Im in good shape. I play hockey twice a week so its nothing because of that... any suggestions as to what it might be?? It was just so sudden that worries me.
